2. Eligibility and Account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
3. EstatePilot Services
EstatePilot provides software tools, AI-assisted features, property and lead management tools, campaign and content features, and related productivity capabilities for real estate professionals.
Features may change, be improved, suspended, or discontinued as our service evolves.
4. AI-Generated Content
EstatePilot may provide AI-generated text, marketing ideas, campaign content, analysis, or other outputs. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccurate information.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before using it for business, advertising, legal, financial, property, or customer-facing purposes.
5. User Content and Responsibility
You retain responsibility for the information, property data, lead data, marketing material, documents, prompts, and other content you submit to EstatePilot.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use content and information submitted to the service.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain EstatePilot features require a paid subscription. Plan prices, billing frequency, included AI credits, and other entitlements are displayed during purchase or on the applicable pricing page.
Recurring subscriptions may renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.
7. AI Credits
Paid plans may include a defined amount of AI credits for the applicable billing period. Credit usage may vary by feature and generation type and is shown within the EstatePilot platform where applicable.
Credits are intended for use within the applicable subscription period and are subject to the rules displayed by EstatePilot. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, unused credits do not create a cash balance or monetary entitlement.
8. Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. Additional payment-provider terms may apply to your transaction.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Subscription cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
10. Prohibited Use
You must not use EstatePilot to violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, abuse AI resources, or misrepresent EstatePilot-generated information as guaranteed professional advice.
11. Service Availability
We aim to keep EstatePilot available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, provider failures, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect service availability.
12. Intellectual Property
EstatePilot, its software, branding, interfaces, designs, and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
13. Disclaimer
EstatePilot is a software service and does not replace legal, financial, tax, investment, brokerage, advertising compliance, or other professional advice.
You are responsible for independently reviewing information and making your own business decisions.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EstatePilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use or inability to use the service.
