EstatePilot AI is a digital software service. We do not ship physical products. Paid subscriptions provide access to software features, AI tools, and other digital service capabilities available under the selected plan.
2. Service Availability After Payment
After a successful subscription payment and successful account verification, access to the applicable paid features is generally made available through the user's EstatePilot account.
3. Subscription Activation
Subscription activation may depend on successful payment verification and confirmation from the applicable payment provider. Where a payment requires additional authorization or verification, access may remain pending until that process is completed.
4. AI Credits
Where a subscription includes AI credits, the applicable credit allowance is made available within the EstatePilot account for the relevant billing period. Credit consumption may vary by feature or AI generation type.
5. Technical Delays
In rare cases, technical, payment-provider, network, or service issues may delay subscription activation or access to particular features. If you have completed payment but your account does not reflect the expected subscription status, please contact EstatePilot support.
6. No Physical Delivery
EstatePilot does not provide physical product shipping for its subscription services. Accordingly, shipping charges, courier-delivery dates, and physical delivery tracking do not apply to EstatePilot subscriptions.
7. Support for Access Issues
If you experience an issue accessing a paid service after a successful payment, please contact us through the Contact Us page and provide the account email and relevant payment or subscription information.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellation and refund requests are handled according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
